Why Enemo

The Principal Advantage

In a market crowded with brokers and intermediaries, Enemo operates exclusively as principal — owning the transaction from mandate to delivery.

🏛️
Principal-Only Model

We are never a broker. Every transaction is executed directly by Enemo — meaning full accountability, no chain of intermediaries, and no risk of mandate leakage.

Verified Product Origination

Every cargo is backed by certified refinery documentation, SGS or equivalent independent inspection, and a complete chain-of-custody from source to delivery point.

🔐
Transactional Discretion

Sovereign buyers and energy ministries require confidentiality. We maintain strict NDA protocols and never disclose counterparty identities or transaction details to third parties.

Buyer FAQ

Questions From
Serious Buyers

Answers to the questions energy ministries, NOCs, and large-scale industrial buyers ask before initiating a mandate.

What are your minimum order volumes?
Minimum volumes vary by product and delivery mode. For refined products (PMS, AGO), our typical minimum is 5,000 MT per cargo. For crude oil and condensate, minimums start at 500,000 barrels. Aviation fuel and marine bunker quantities are assessed per port and buyer profile. Contact our trade desk for product-specific thresholds.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC at sight), Documentary Collection (D/P), and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) against shipping documents. For established sovereign and institutional counterparties, deferred LC and credit terms may be structured on a case-by-case basis following due diligence.
What delivery terms (Incoterms) do you offer?
We transact on FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and DES (Delivered Ex-Ship) terms depending on product, origin, and buyer preference. Our logistics team coordinates vessel nomination, insurance, and freight management for CIF and DES transactions.
What documentation is provided with each cargo?
Every cargo is accompanied by a full documentation package including: Certificate of Quality (SGS or equivalent), Certificate of Quantity, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Product Specification Sheet, Commercial Invoice, and Insurance Certificate. Additional documentation (MSDS, customs clearance support) available upon request.
Can you structure term supply agreements?
Yes. We offer term supply agreements ranging from 3 months to 3 years, covering fixed monthly liftings, pricing mechanisms (spot-linked, fixed, or index-based), and delivery schedules. Term agreements are preferred for government strategic reserve programs and large industrial offtake mandates.
Do you support G2G (Government-to-Government) transactions?
Yes. Enemo has structured G2G supply frameworks for energy ministries and national petroleum authorities. These include full diplomatic and regulatory compliance documentation, sovereign-grade confidentiality protocols, and flexibility on payment and delivery structures to accommodate government procurement cycles.
How is product quality assured?
All products are sourced from certified refineries with documented compliance to international specifications (EN, ASTM, DEF STAN, IMO). Independent inspection by SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas is conducted at load port for every cargo. Buyers may appoint their own inspector at their cost for additional assurance.
What KYC/KYB information will you require from us?
As a compliant principal, we require standard KYC/KYB documentation: Certificate of Incorporation, Proof of Address, Beneficial Ownership Declaration, Government-issued ID for authorised signatories, and a Board Resolution or POA authorising the transaction. Sovereign buyers may substitute equivalent government credentials.
